Sales Condition

We are committed to working hard to give you confidence in the products we produce.

Seth's signature originals are one-of-a-kind pieces and are final sale.  

Both our limited edition and giclee on canvas prints are created in collaboration with other artisans and are also final sale. 

However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product for any reason, please rest assured, we will work with you to make it right. 

30 Day Return Policy For Damaged or Defective Items

Seth B. Minkin, LLC will honor a 30 day period following the delivery of an original, limited edition print or giclee on canvas print, to resolve any issues including any product defects, assembly issues, and damage while in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, or there are other material defects, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for resolution.

Cancellations

All of our prints are created on an on-demand basis and are individually printed. Therefore, we do not mass produce our products. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Return Procedures

To qualify for a refund for a damaged or defective item, you must receive an approved RMA (Return Manufacturers Authorization) for all returns. Please contact us for additional details and qualifications. Proof of the damage or issues with the print must be provided for an approved RMA. Once we've had a chance to evaluate of your claim, we may issue a return authorization or replacement. Please note that these requested RMA’s will need to be communicated with all parties such as the carriers, customers and Seth B. Minkin, LLC.
